NagaPearl

A private island the sea kept hidden — fourteen pavilions, nine bays, and one legend.

Descend
The Legend

Guarded by the
serpent of the sea

In the old cosmology of the Andaman, the Naga — the great serpent — keeps the waters and everything precious held within them. The fishermen of the southern coast still tell of a single pearl, formed across a thousand tides, set upon an island that no chart would ever hold.

NagaPearl is that island. We have not tamed it. We have only learned, very quietly, how to be its guests.

The Island

Twelve hundred acres,
almost untouched

Reachable only by sea, or by a short charter flight from Phuket, the island rises out of the Andaman in pale limestone and dense rainforest. Nine bays, each with its own weather. A spine of jungle threaded with waterfalls. We have built lightly — and left almost all of it to the Naga.

The Pavilions

Fourteen ways to disappear

Each pavilion is open to the trade winds and closed to everything else — hand-built from island timber and pale stone, sharing no walls, and no sightlines, with another.

01 — Water's edge

Tidewater Pavilion

Set over a shallow lagoon, where you wake to the tide moving beneath the floor and an infinity edge that meets the horizon.

02 — Into the trees

Canopy Villa

Lifted into the rainforest canopy beside a falling stream, with a private plunge pool held among the leaves.

03 — The headland

The Pearl Residence

The island's only two-bedroom residence, alone on its own headland, with a resident host and a private cove below.

The Signature

The Pearl

Once during your stay, before first light, a free-diver of the island will take you down to the oyster beds the Naga is said to keep. What is brought up is yours — set, by an island jeweller, before you leave.

One pearl. One guest. Once.

Days Here

What the island offers

Nothing is scheduled unless you ask. But the island keeps its own quiet rituals, and you are welcome in all of them.

01

Pearl Diving at Dawn

The signature descent to the oyster beds, with the island's own free-divers.

02

The Naga Shrine

A candlelit shrine on the eastern point, lit at first light by the island's keeper.

03

The Coral Garden

A guided drift over a living reef the island has protected for a generation.

04

The Waterfall Spine

A morning trek along the jungle ridge to a chain of freshwater pools.

05

The Floating Table

Dinner set on the lagoon at dusk — one table, one tide, one evening.

06

The Open Spa

Treatments held in the canopy, scored only by wind and water.

The Naga's Promise

We arrive as guests,
and leave as guests

The island runs on sun and stored sea-breeze. Nothing is taken from the reef. Half of the land is held — permanently — as forest the Naga keeps, untouched and unbuilt.

Every stay funds the oyster beds, the coral nursery, and the rangers who watch the nine bays through the night.

An Invitation

The island receives a few

NagaPearl holds no more than twenty-eight guests at a time. Every stay begins with a conversation. Tell us when you would like to disappear.

or write to stay@nagapearl.com

The island has your note.

A keeper will write to you within two tides. Until then — keep this between you and the Naga.
